NBK completely replaced our bathroom. Removed bath and old shower and installed a beautiful walk in shower, sink and unit and a new toilet. Also replaced the old toilet in the cloak room, with a loo with a sink on top of the cistern. Brilliant idea! Thanks to NBK for that one. The project was not without hiccups but NBK sorted them quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them.

We had our bathroom remodelled about 7 years ago but the hard water locally had caused scale build up on the shower surround. We asked if this could be replaced. It seems this is a smaller job than usual but because the original work was done by NBK they were happy to take it on. We had such a wonderful experience with NBK in renovating our kitchen. We were so well taken-care-of by Catherine and Tony in the planning phases of the project in the showroom. They guided us through the project and decisions like champs. Ryan, our project manager, kept us informed of any challenges or changes we needed to consider. And Mark who did our install was so lovely -- and such a perfectionist -- we felt we were in excellent hands. The final product is gorgeous and just stepping into our kitchen each day brings us such joy. Two other things worth noting -- we originally considered going to other vendors in our kitchen refurb, but the efficiency of the entire process with NBK was really worth going with them. They know the ins and outs of all the different moving pieces and in the end the whole rather big project was smooth, seamless, and only took 2.5 weeks. Amazing! Also, they were extremely courteous and careful with our house - making sure our other floors were properly protected as well as a wall of wallpaper we were especially keen to keep. I had a complete renovation of my bathroom, changing it to a shower room. The walls were stripped of tiles and new ones fitted. I had a new floor and a new toilet. They also fitted cupboards with an inset basin, a granite worktop and a new mirror. The new mirror was an afterthought and Lee, who fitted it, took great pains to make sure it was level. The bathroom fitter, Shaun, was brilliant. He covered all our carpets very carefully, he worked hard and quickly and he even sorted out a leak in our downstairs toilet which happened while he was here. The company were very obliging about changes I wanted to make along the way and deducted charges from the original estimate where work proved unnecessary. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend NBK to anyone wanting similar work done.

We can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from NBK, who have recently finished installing a replacement bathroom for us. From the very beginning, when I first visited the Norwich showroom, the service has been exceptional. Stuart and James’ in-depth knowledge of the products, combined with their endless patience in helping us find the perfect solution, whilst always keeping the budget in mind, was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. When it came to the installation, Lee S was a pleasure to have in the house - considerate and tidy, and we very much appreciated his attention to detail, ensuring that every small detail was just right. He was even able to find a solution to a tricky room configuration that was preventing us having the herringbone wall we really wanted! Ryan was on hand whenever we needed him, and the few small hiccups we had (not NBK’s fault) were dealt with professionally and promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NBK to anyone!

If you need a new bathroom or kitchen do not hesitate to use NBK. We have had a bathroom, shower room done and just completed a full kitchen refurbishment. NBK are an exceptional company. Yes they are a bit more expensive but you get the complete service. From Catherine in the showroom, to Tony who designed my dream kitchen, Matt who project managed to the fitters, electricians, plasterers, everyone is professional, friendly and very hardworking. You know that they are dedicated to give the customer an extremely high standard of service. A special mention to Ashley who built most of the kitchen and Lee who was painting during those 2 days of unbearable heat. They all did an amazing job. You also get peace of mind using NBK too with the knowledge that they will rectify any problem and nothing is too much trouble. Someone is always there to help and advise. I'm just sad that I have no more refits for them to do. If I did, I would not hesitate to use NBK again.

From the onset, NBK is a team with a very 'can do' approach to a project. A windowless, damp, cramped ensuite shower and WC was redesigned with storage, new fittings and furniture, modern shower system and ventilation. Incredibly, we now have more space and better usage of the facilities. We changed the soil drainage, installed a window, and replaced the flooring. The project design led by Tony and Catherine (Diss) was detailed, and had our full involvement. Work on site, prompt, very hands-on (thanks to Ben and Woody), with much attention to detail and a clear daily progress. Our Fitter, John, showed skill, knowledge, and real care in his work, taking time to explain and highlight advantages in what we were having installed. Our ideas were tweaked to full advantage. Ryan provided further reassurance that the project was progressing to time. In short, we are very pleased with our new room, and glad to have met the team at NBK. We hope to use them again.

Both Carola & I are very happy with our new kitchen, and with the efficiency with which the work was carried out throughout, from the early design concept on a computer screen to the completion of the real thing. We have a daughter with special needs , so we wanted to adapt our upstairs bathroom for a more suitable use for us all to use but at the same time giving our daughter some kind of independence So We went straight to N.B.K who were fantastic from our first visit from James who done the surveying .We explained that we wanted to convert it into a wet room and told him our daughter needs . We then had a consultation with Stuart and James who made your choice’s so much easier less stress by their guidance, we saw it in 3D which looked amazing . We had a top professional fitter Lee Howard who was here from start to finish very hard working tidy and clean in his work talking us through everything .The toilet we had installed is called a Geberit AquaClean . We first visited NBK about 2 years ago when first looking for a complete bathroom makeover. We were very impressed with their knowledge and honesty about what the price would likely be. Unfortunately at the time it was out of our price budget. Two years later we visited again and was once again impressed with their helpfulness. We had a good feeling about the company. We had visited other bathroom companies in the area where staff could barely look up from their desk. We are pleased to say we made the right decision. James came to our home to carry out the planning with ourselves. We made a few alterations to the original plan. James was extremely pleasant and always courteous with our alteration requirements. Next came Stuart with his knowledge of the products and helped us try to find exactly what we wanted. He was very patience and extremely helpful. Next came Steve who made our dreams come true with transforming our bathroom. He was truly amazing. His attention to detail was incredible. He was very tidy and always helpful if we had questions, etc. Next was Ryan the project manager. Ryan visited numerous times to ensure all was progressing well. This took the stress away from us by having someone who could sort out queries, etc and liaise with Steve directly. We met Gareth the owner on one occasion who again was helpful when sorting out a few teething problems when the bathroom was finished. The small problems were sorted out quickly, efficiently with no fuss. Last of all there was Millie, the administrator who we have spoken to a few times. Again efficient, helpful and dealt with things promptly. What an amazing company who employ excellent staff who care about their clients and the service they provide. After looking at other firms we chose NBK to remodel our bathroom because of the excellent reviews we had seen. Our experience fully justifies those. From our first visit to the showroom, through the survey and design process, to ripping out and refitting, all the team were knowledgeable, professional and understood our needs and concerns. Whenever there were snags they were resolved quickly with no fuss and we were kept fully involved in the process. This meant we now have a beautiful bathroom which exceeded our expectations. We used NBK to design and instal a kitchen and utility room in our newly purchased property. Having previously had a poor experience with a bathroom replacement undertaken by a sole trader, we were keen to use a company that provided the reassurance and back-up to help make the whole process less stressful. Throughout the project this proved to be the case. We enjoyed working with Talinna on the design phase; nothing was too much trouble. It was great to be able to pop into the showroom to re-visit various aspects of the design. When it came to the installation we were not living in the property so we relied on Matthew and his team to keep us up to speed with any questions that arose. We have recently moved to a 1970's bungalow with a kitchen which needed a full refurb to bring it back up to date. After some research on local companies we came across NBK. We really liked the idea that they project manage the whole process from start to finish. We were very impressed from the outset with the service and attention to detail offered - from our initial consultation which outlined what would happen to our first meeting with our designer, Talinna. It was great to have someone work though the ideas that were in our head and for additional ideas, that we hadn't even thought of to be recommended. Matt was our Project Manager for the duration and regularly visited the property whilst the refurb was being carried out, to ensure that we were happy and that all was going well. Mark was our fitter for the duration of the project and he was professional and thorough throughout, providing an extremely high standard of finish. He always consulted with us on the key details of the installation & in addition, he always checked in with us each morning to see that we were happy with the progress so far. We are extremely happy with the final result of our kitchen and are excited to use it going forward. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending NBK if you are considering a new kitchen.

Michelle was helpful with planning and remodelling the two bathrooms and suggested cheaper but equivalent quality items when appropriate to keep costs down. When our first two choices of toilet became unexpectedly unavailable due to nationwide supply shortages, Rachel helped find suitable alternatives at short notice. We are full of praise for James the fitter who worked on both bathrooms. He did an excellent job with great attention to detail. He always consulted us before a decision to check we agreed and whilst offering advice on some tricky decisions he never pushed his ideas and happily went along with our choices. He was friendly and sociable and considerate when having to turn off the water or heating and we appreciated his obvious perfectionist attitude. We are very pleased with the final result of both bathrooms.
