I ordered a new toilet seat to replace an old one that had become damaged .I had difficulty fixing the new one due to a change in design . But Gareth from NBK with the assistance of email and a telephone conversation explained to me what to do . Although it is several years since the bathroom was installed by NBK, still excellent customer care .
We had a bathroom refit, including new bath and panelling, w.c. flush+housing, shower unit; including adjusting its height from the floor and the demolition of a wall; re-plastering of ceiling and walls, plus re-tiling of part of the walls and new flooring. From the moment we first consulted them, we felt there was a rapport and that they were listening to us. When the work began, we were impressed by the thoroughness of all the contractors, but most especially with Richard, the principle fitter, who was throughout reliable, professional and suitably cautious given the age of our property and the problems this threw up.
NBK refitted my bathroom with a shower and wash-basin, quality and workmanship ‘5 Star +’, project completed on time and I was updated on a daily basis re progress. The installer [Dan] kept me informed throughout the installation and his attention to detail was exemplary- NBK highly recommended
From our first visit to the showroom to get ideas and then the initial design and choice of products, Megan, James and Stuart were incredibly helpful and shared their knowledge of what would work for us. They kept us informed about timescales and costs. The fitter Lee (and Ben) were superb. Everything ran like clockwork and there were no days when 'nothing happened'. I am sure this was due to lots of hard work behind the scenes from Ryan. We were kept informed throughout about what was happening and when. The fitters were brilliant at keeping things as clean and tidy as they could. We are so pleased with the finished bathroom. The quality of the product and attention to detail was great.
We have now used NBK 3 times to all our kitchen and bathroom upgrades. We have been very impressed with the quality of design and workmanship. From the design staff to fitters and support staff everyone kept us fully informed with nothing being too much trouble, plus being totally flexible to change requests. We highly recommend NBK and thank you to all the team.
From design to finish, this was a good experience. We are delighted with the service provided, the quality of the work undertaken and the customer service provided. They weren't the cheapest quote we had but the fact that all the trades were well experienced and are part of the company (subcontractors are not used) was reassuring and worthwhile. The quality of the fittings and fixtures is first rate. The design choices and advice given at all stages proved sound and we now have a fabulous shower room!
