From start to finish we received excellent guidance and the finished downstairs loo and shower project were perfect in every way. The 2 technicians involved were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. I cannot recommend NBK more highly.

Very professional and friendly company. Had our bathroom done to a very high standard by NBK. Very pleasant company to work with. From the first visit with James until the final installation done by Richard. All was done very professionally and communicated well. Any problems or changes during installation where dealt with straight away with a clear indication of extra costs involved. As my wife home alone often during installation, she never felt uncomfortable having the builders around during the work. Will definitely contact them again when we are planning to change the kitchen.
We were carrying out a total top to bottom renovation of our new home. NBK supplied all of the bathrooms and they are and continue to be first class. Pre sale advice was honest and clear and supply was swift and well priced.
After using NBK several years ago for a bathroom refit, I had no hesitation in returning to them when I decided to refit my kitchen. From the very start with the design, through to the final finished product, was a pleasurable experience. All the staff are supportive and helpful. Edd, the fitter, was brilliant, with his attention to detail, consultative approach and worth ethic. Matt, who managed the project, was great too - visiting regularly to check progress and sort out any issues. Both of them had a great philosophy - "No such thing as problems, just solutions." They were always able to come up with something to suit my needs and requirements exactly. Everyone who came to work on the kitchen from electricians and plumbers through to the decorator were first class with their skills, workmanship and courteousness. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and I will certainly use them again.
We are so pleased with our new wet room and the high standard of workmanship and finish to the project. We were consulted at every point about placements and our wishes carried out courteously and efficiently. Highly commend young Dan who worked extremely hard and made sure the area was clean and safe at the end of each day. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Right from first contact with Nbk everyone I have met on my kitchen journey has been a credit to the company. I would like to say thank you to Tony, Matt, Karen, Jamie, the plasterers, team of electricians, Stuart the kitchen fitter and Peter. Stuart deserves a special mention, with his attention to detail I knew that he saw things the same as me and that a first class job was going to be done. Stuart’s experience enabled him to make suggestions that would benefit and enhance the finished kitchen including extra tiling and a cupboard to hide the electrical sub main Also thanks to Rachel for being available at the Diss showroom.
