I had my kitchen installed over the last two weeks and the whole team especially Mark (the kitchen fitter) where absolutely faultless. They all cleared up after themselves and left me with the most perfect kitchen you could have. The whole team Gareth, in the showroom, Matt the project manager, Jamie, Dan and especially Mark where a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend this company.
We have a new shower room and are delighted with it. All the people who visited have been polite, helpful and friendly as well as efficient. We especially mention Josh, a great asset to the company.
I am delighted by the work of the whole NBK team in creating and installing my new kitchen. From start to finish every member of the team has been outstanding and my kitchen looks superb. I would thoroughly recommend NBK. Having a few problems with arthritis I decided to research walk-in baths, and started with google. NBK as a local firm came up, and I was first impressed by the live chat lady, who asked me what I was looking for, and then set up an appointment for someone to come out to survey my bathroom and talk through ideas. James was excellent with the survey, and then Stuart as office manager went above and beyond the call of duty to find the type of bath I was wanting. Shaun as fitter was amazing...so hard working! Fantastic service from the whole company...and the bathroom is very good as well!
Absolutely thrilled with our new cloakroom, bathroom and en-suite. Rachel in the Diss store has been incredibly helpful and sorted out the fitting around our holiday dates which was really appreciated. Our fitter Ant was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for him even when I changed my mind countless times! He was friendly, approachable, hard working, tidy and a delight to have in our home for 3 weeks...couldn't have asked for anyone better. The quality of work and of the materials is second to none. Just spent the last couple of hours with Catherine, who helped us to put together our new bathroom ... flicking endlessly through catalogues to get us the best offers and we are extremely happy with the deal we got. Will definitely recommend NBK to friends and family!
Sincere thanks to Norwich Bathrooms & Kitchens for their quality work in replacing the inferior worktops and turning our kitchen into an area which now has a ‘Wow’ Factor. The original work surfaces were originally installed just three years ago by what proved to be a shoddy competitor kitchen retailer who regularly appears on TV , and proved that “never being undercut” on price meant inferior quality materials being installed. Anyone considering kitchen or bathroom refurbishment should put their trust into NBK for an excellent product installed by an organisation that cares for its customers and reputation. Very happy with the help I received in planning my kitchen, especially with the workmanship from James (the fitter) and the rest of the team. James' friendly attitude was very good but especially his workmanship. I've had several visitors and they've all said it's a lovely job. It's transformed my kitchen, I love it and I love being in there!
