NBK recently completed our kitchen installation. We could not be more pleased with the result. NBK changed everything from floor to ceiling and everything in between. Starting with stripping out the old kitchen, then re-plastering, new ceiling, electrical and plumbing work, installation of the new kitchen including supply and fitting of all appliances, new flooring and fantastic worktops. A brilliant result all round. All of their staff were great but special mention to Chris for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to recommend NBK .

I am a retired associate consultant Clerk of Works and my job working closely with an architectural team was ensuring quality control on multi-million-pound refurbishment contracts. From initial enquiry at the Diss showroom, through to final sign off, all enquiries and requests to both front and back office staff handled in a friendly, efficient manner. Lee, our fitter maintained a very tidy work place and took time each day to explain each step of the process, ensuring that all our personal preferences were maintained. As with so many 'home improvements' outdated and unexpected plumbing and electric systems are not without problems. Lee our prime fitter and his electrician colleague Jake, along with Bathroom Coordinator Ryan explained the options available ensuring that our new installation met all current standards. The standard of both the supplied selected fittings plus the workmanship involved in ensuring their satisfactory placement and operation was truly inspiring. An exceptionally professional management team supporting both delivery staff and knowledgeable craftsmen has resulted in a brilliant conversion; so much so that we have ordered a complete new kitchen and attached rear utility room installation.

Top class job from design to installation to aftercare. Very highly recommended. In view of the success of the 1st installation we decided to have further units installed in the dining room and a smallish bespoke dresser designed and fitted in the kitchen. As before, dresser design was excellent as was the fitting of all the units, once again by Edd. Very pleased with the entire service from the team at NBK. Also worth noting that a minor warrant issue arose with the fridge freezer. This was resolved very quickly and efficiently by Catherine who took immediate ownership of the issue.

Our new kitchen looks superb, we absolutely love it. We have a very long and narrow space in an old cottage (not a straight wall in sight!) but the team at NBK did a magnificent job of helping us to create a beautiful space. The planning process was excellent. Tony gave us lots of advice and managed to use every inch of available space to give extra storage and work surface without making it looked cramped. The project was managed by Matt who kept us in the loop about what would be happening, what to expect and when they would happen. He also liaised with other trades to ensure that everyone was up to speed. Mark fitted our kitchen and did a fantastic job. The finish is absolutely gorgeous. He checked at the start of everyday if we had any questions or concerns which was great and very reassuring. Other members of the team who delivered units and took away waste were courteous and efficient. Everyone respected social distancing guidelines which was great. Our project started with most of the old kitchen being ripped out the day before lockdown which was really nerve racking but my thanks to Rachael who contacted us every week throughout lockdown with updates and information about when our project would start again. In a difficult time, this professionalism and care was really appreciated. And really, if I had to sum up our experience, this is what sets NBK apart from the rest. They are customer focused, professional, responsive, caring and highly skilled. Just brilliant, thank you.

I love my new kitchen. There are several reasons why and one of them is the way in which NBK managed the project from the start (including during lockdown) keeping me informed of the various stages of construction. Throughout I found it a constant reassurance to know that as the work progressed all staff were working in conjunction with another and at no time was the work brought to a halt waiting for parts or a member of staff to arrive. I just sat back or made tea. Of course I also love my smart new kitchen because having chosen a basic design and identified my needs myself the showroom staff were constantly on hand to answer questions, to spend time with me looking at combinations of colour and finishes and of course to introduce and suggest new possibilities and alternatives available. Sometimes there’s too much choice. Thank you NBK.

My partner and I felt involved at every stage of the creation of our new kitchen. From the care, and thought, and time put into the initial design through to the professionalism, and timeliness of the installation we could not have asked for a better service. At all times we were kept informed of progress by the project manager - who also came regularly to inspect the work - and the kitchen was installed to timescale and to the agreed price, which, by the way, was fantastic value. We now have a kitchen which looks wonderful and is a delight to cook in. Very highly recommended.

to add my most recent experience with NBK. Five stars again! I have just had a bathroom, en-suite shower room and cloakroom refitted by your team. All three rooms are amazing to look at and use with so much attention to detail. Dan (bathroom fitter) has done an amazing job and clearly takes great pride in his work. From visiting Karen in the showroom last year, to meeting James for surveys and presentations, to being aided and advised by Pete and Stuart in the Norwich office, meeting Ryan for project management and support through the works being done and finally having Dan perform magic on very tired old bathrooms... the whole process has run smoothly, been carried out professionally and all executed with consideration and care. Nothing was too much trouble for your team, they are all fantastic. So once again I would highly recommend NBK.

We visited several other showrooms before opting for NBK Diss for the following reasons. 1) They include all aspects of a kitchen makeover in the showroom - cabinets, worktops, flooring etc so you can co-ordinate design and colour in one place. 2) The showroom staff, Tony and Catherine, were exceptionally helpful and used their expertise to positively add to our decision making. 3) NBK take on the whole project from design, removal of old kitchen, plastering, electrics, fitting cabinets, flooring and new equipment. 4) After a home visit by Tony to develop the plan we ordered the new kitchen. Every detail was itemised and costed so we knew exactly what the price would be. 5) We cannot praise the staff highly enough for their knowledge, attention to detail and excellent service.

We planned to change our bathroom planning for old age and accidentally drove past NBK on Heigham Street so decided to stop to have a look inside for some ideas. Firstly, we parked outside the showroom door which is a blessing for Norwich and as soon as we opened the door into the showroom you could sense we were walking into a professionally run establishment as we were instantly greeted by a smiling face and the offer of a cold drink which was very welcome as it was a very hot day. So after a brief introductions we had an escorted tour of the showroom and then after a sit down with Karen we were on our way to having our bathroom completely restructured as we both instantly know our changes were going to be put in good hands. After a visit from James to our property in which he helped us plan what and where we wanted our changes and he was backed up by Karen who has so much experience in this industry and is very tuned into the needs and demands of her customers especially with colours helping to make choices easier. The job was priced and we gave the go ahead as it was a big job and 28 days were needed to complete the job. Paul was the fitter assigned to our property and think he was initially overawed by the size of the job and the amount of redirection of pipe work he had to make and to be honest so were we. The transformation moved on as planned as we were so fortunate to have such an experienced fitter like Paul to do our work as not only is he a very competent fitter he was very customer orientated and very friendly and trustworthy . The job is now completed and we now have a beautiful shower room and seeing your vision initially on a laptop to seeing the finished article is amazing as we are over the moon with the result. Many other people were involved in this project all of the same high calibre of professionalism and workmanship of colleagues already mentioned that make Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens one of the best companies we have had the pleasure in dealing with. We now have a shower room to meet our immediate and future needs thanks to NBK and we would most certainly highly recommend them and have no hesitancy in awarding them 5 stars. I have just had my kitchen done after a water leak from above. Ceiling, electrics and the water damaged wall are all fixed. I now have beautiful new tiles and a fabulous floor. My existing worktops have been oiled and look like new. I only required 'partial works' to the kitchen, but the whole room looks like new. Showroom staff were so helpful and reassuring from the start and throughout the process. The whole team involved continued in the same vein, nothing was too much trouble and they all 'went that extra mile'. James' tiling skills are superb and the effect is amazing. This could have been very stressful, but it was enjoyable and I love the result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NBK

We have just had a a downstairs bedroom converted into a new shower room and bathroom. From day one. the service provided by NBK has been faultless. The job was not easy , as the room had no water supply or drainage facilities. However, nothing fazed them. The whole job was approached with a "can do" attitude. James, the designer was superb, coming with ideas that matched our own and a few more of his own. The support provided by Stuart and Ryan was first class. All of the experts who were involved in the work, including Steve, the carpenter/builder and Dave the electrician were friendly, courteous and professional.. Special mention must go to Shaun, the fitter who worked tirelessly for the whole time he was here and came up with several improvements and ways to reduce the disruption to the existing infrastructure. We were very impressed with the makeover of our Kitchen and Utility room recently supplied and fitted by NBK. After another local rival firm decided it was too much bother and were unable to quote us, we contacted NBK and the difference in interest and ability was immediately obvious. Nothing phased them, paint was matched to some of our existing units that were staying, new doors, drawers and cupboards were actually custom made and fitted to match exactly, a wonderful new integral Silestone work top was custom made, supplied and fitted by a team of stone masons along with new taps and a water filter unit. All rubbish was cleared away in a timely fashion. As we said, NOTHING phased them, the finish was superb and they did everything they promised with efficiency and courtesy.
