We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom from NBK. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. The quality of the bathroom is excellent, and the attention to detail and finish is outstanding. Everything feels really well made, looks beautiful, and has been fitted to a very high standard. What really stood out to us though, was the service. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and we always felt looked after and listened to.

I have recently had a beautiful new bathroom fitted by John. Before the installation I had meetings with James at home and the Norwich showroom, he is an excellent designer helped me create a lovely bathroom. John was my fitter all his work was excellent he worked so hard to complete on time nothing was any trouble attention to detail was of a very high standard. His experience and knowledge is so high you are reassured of a excellent job. It makes such a difference when you have workers in the home which are pleasant and helpful NBK are lucky to have John on their team.

Over many years I have used NBK a few times. Very recently they upgraded my bathroom and I am very happy with what has been done. The original quotation was reasonable and it was also the final price. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, which actually I have done more than once.

On time and on budget. Throughout the work I was kept fully informed and pictures kept me updated. A WhatsApp group was a master stroke. We decided to move out of the house for the duration. I would suggest doing that to anyone embarking on a job that requires the house being disrupted in a substantial way. Inevitable ‘snags’ and extras were dealt with immediately and the follow up has been frequent. I would highly recommend Gareth and his team at NBK.

It all went very smoothly from first meeting at the show room, planning meetings, quotes and surveys. On the days of fitting Dan our fitter was superb. He was scrupulously tidy clearing up each day, protecting our carpets and other furnishings The final product was exactly as planned and the CAD drawings were very representative When the tiles delivered were not the ones ordered this was corrected immediately We could not have been happier with the service

And what a dreamy, incredibly executed and perfect bathroom NBK has created for me. I had a vision and nothing was too much for Gareth and his team to ensure I had exactly what I want. From James and Megan helping the design and products match my vision, Ryan and Millie overseeing the 6 week project and the incredible Lee Howard the bathroom fitter who I called Superman on speed is just brilliant. It was like having one big family put my vision together and make it come alive. I am very happy!

Excellent Kitchen Upgrade
We have used NBK Norwich several times in the recent past and would not consider using any other company. They replaced the kitchen worktop, sink and tap - a tired composte worktop was replaced by a stunning quartz worktop which looks amazing. The NBK team provided thoughtful and honest advice from design to completion to help us with our choices - we were not rushed in any way - it was clear that getting it right was really important to them. Their work is of the highest quality.

Love the New Bathroom
Having used NBK to renovate a bathroom back in 2010, they were our natural first choice for another fully managed project — and they once again delivered an excellent experience. The design service was outstanding. James and Megan went above and beyond to work around our availability and help us resolve several design dilemmas within a tight planning window. Their frequent, focused communication kept us on track and ensured the final design suited both our style and our budget.
New Bathroom Installation
I am thrilled with my new NBK bathroom. This was a complete renovation with the bath being replaced with a walk in shower and new toilet and sink unit. Existing wall and floor tiles were removed and replaced. The project went smoothly from start to finish from the initial planning through to completion and was on time and on budget.The finish and attention to detail is superb. Special thanks to Simon , the fitter, who did such a splendid job and always turned up on time.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the high standards the business aims to achieve.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact the business as soon so the problems can be rectified as soon as possible.

Our Procedure

Either call, email or write* to us. The business aims to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where the business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that the business cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them.
