We were highly impressed with the quality and standard of our kitchen fitting, from the start the full project management filled us with confidence. The fitting by James was second to none and due to our cottage being quite old virtually all units required some form of modification in order to get everything to fit. This was carried out with great skill and knowledge about the best options to take. Recently we had some minor remedial work carried out which was done without quibble and to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend NBK and in particular James and Mark who carried out the work.

Second time using NBK after they transformed my bathroom last year. This time they converted an old cupboard into a downstairs toilet. Minimal fuss and all done within 5 days. They installed the plumbing, plastered the whole room, installed a new light switch and removed all waste, all for a very reasonable price. Very experienced fitters who just get the job done! We chose NBK as the showroom was lovely, staff friendly and together we chose exactly what we needed for Eric's wetroom. Eric is 93 and profoundly deaf. NBK recently did a complete refit of my bathroom and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am overjoyed with my new bathroom: The quality of the products and installation is excellent but ultimately it's down to the fitter to do all the hard work to ensure the finished result is perfect. My filter, Damien, did a fantastic job, he is a hard worker, did a high quality job and obviously takes pride in his work. I was out of the country whilst the work was being carried out so was a little anxious about a "stranger" being in my home while I was not there but Damien proved to be trustworthy & respectful of my property. Not only was his work of an excellent standard, Damien also proved to be a resourceful problem solver. I wanted the basin waste pipes boxed in but due to the angle of the pipes & the position they were in relation to the heated towel rail this looked like an almost impossible task. I was back home by this point & Damien chatted to me about what to do then he came up with a genius solution, put it into action and the result was perfect. Damien is very skilled and clearly an asset to your company, I can't sing his praises enough. His attitude and communication throughout the job was professional and customer focused, a true ambassador for NBK. I don't know if you do any reward & recognition scheme, employee of the month or similar but my vote would go to Damien. Thank you to NBK for my beautiful new bathroom. Thank you to all who were involved in making arrangements ........ Gareth; Bob & Karen in the office; the plasterer; the electrician and so on but most of all a massive thank you to Damien for making it all happen.

I cannot praise the trade showroom enough and would advise anyone thinking about doing up their bathroom to pay a visit and speak to Neil. He was very very helpful and I ended up buying all the bathroom furniture fro the shop. Even when I had a slight problem with something it was soon replaced without any issues. The trade shop is also very competitively priced and as I have another bathroom (en suite bathroom this time) to do I will most certainly visit again and will in all likelihood get everything from there again. The quality of the stuff there is also first class.

Fantastic. My partner and I went to see Neil after deciding to redo our downstairs bathroom. We already had a plumber so it was just the supplies we needed. Neil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and we walked away having ordered a whole new bathroom suite. I just wanted to say how impressed we are with the bathroom. It is absolutely fantastic. From design to completion the care and attention from N.B.K has been exemplary. James (designer) came up with an inspired design which allowed us to develop our own ideas into it, completely took on board our need to manage costs and guided us with suggestions without losing the integrity of an amazing finish. We never felt pushed or pressured into a decision and he was generous with patience towards us. Josh's (fitter) workmanship is stunning. Every aspect of implementing the design has been thought through. You can see this in the excellent tiling in how he has ensured they completely balance and proved visual symmetry. This is a well planned and caring approach from a tradesman who takes pride in their work. Josh has also been very friendly and easy to work and communicate with. We love it. S. Moon

I have been incredibly impressed from start to finish with everyone involved in getting our bathroom sorted (our floors were dug up, walls repositioned, plastering, pipes channeled, as well as actually fitting the bathroom!) The staff at the Heigham Street branch were incredibly helpful, they patiently helped to plan things and were really quick to respond to any enquiries. There was flexibility with arranging appointments both in the office & with site visits. All the tradesmen were fantastic - the plastering job was incredibly neat & tidy. Dan (our fitter) was superb, really respectful of mess and noise with us having a baby in the house. His work exceeded all expectations - nothing was too much trouble for him. In addition the aftercare for any teething troubles has been brilliant. We get lots of compliments on the bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to use NBK in the future - thank you all.

NBK recently completed for me a major refurbishment involving knocking two bathrooms into one big bathroom. The service they provided throughout this project was excellent at every stage. Working with James on the design was really enjoyable and he was really keen to work with me to get exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. During the build Shaun and his team were absolutely fantastic. Incredibly considerate throughout the 5 week build. Always consulted me appropriately. Worked really hard (sorry about the stairs Shaun!!). Dealt with the inevitable problems calmly and efficiently. Was always focussed on getting the best outcome possible. And the end result is exactly what I wanted if not better than I imagined! Overall just a pleasure to to work with this company at every stage - thank you NBK!

I decided on NBK to recently upgrade my elderly Mothers bathroom. The decision was based on a very competitive price, together with James, the salesman (an ex bathroom fitter) confidently understanding the requirements and giving excellent advice. The job involved replacing the bath with a walk-in shower plus installing a new toilet and wash basin. Replastering, painting, tiling, redirecting drainage, installing new electrical appliances and laying new flooring was also included. The tradesmen on this project all worked professionally and efficiently together as a team from start to completion. It was also reassuring that a Project Manager visited the bungalow most days, to ensure the job was going smoothly, on schedule and ask whether I was satisfied with progress. There was a couple of minor issues, however, these were quickly and amicably dealt with. My Mother is now extremely pleased with her bathroom, which is finished to a high standard, modern and above all much safer for her to use. NBK are very focused on customer satisfaction, even Sally the Operations Director came to carry out the final inspection, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Many Thanks NBK! I highly recommend the excellent service provided by NBK. Firstly, they were easy to talk to in the planning stages and were straightforward in saying if they felt something would not work, either because it was not hardwearing, or because it was outside the budget. I would highly recommend NBK for the work they did on converting our bathroom. We gave them a tricky task to extend the bathroom into the hallway creating a bigger space. The design was done in the Heigham Street store. Over our time discussing what we wanted to do, we dealt with 3 or 4 members of staff, each one was really helpful. Gareth Pendleton (MD) was especially helpful in guiding us when we struggled to choose items. All of the work was done to a high degree of precision and the each aspect was given a lot of thought. We had a wonderful experience with NBK. Our plan was somewhat complex, involving separating one very large bathroom into two, and cutting a new corridor through. We knew that space was very constrained, but Gareth immediately saw a perfect solution for our needs without losing space in other rooms, and that's what he created for us.
