Once you’ve visited our showroom we have a simple customer journey that helps make everything easier. All through the process (and after the sign off) you’ll get to enjoy our award-winning customer service and aftercare.
Home Survey
Whilst visiting the showroom you'll have the opportunity to book a home survey. This is where one of our experienced designers will measure your kitchen and discuss your requirements and visions. We'll also be able to advise on an estimated project cost.
Presentation
We’ll invite you back into the showroom for your presentation including a 3D Computer Aided Design of your new kitchen, with an itemised specification sheet including full costings. It’s the perfect time to talk through the details and look at installation start dates.
Installation
You've been working with the team, finalising all of your final choices and you've met your project manager too. Our installation team will begin your project and your project manager will be there every step of the way through to satisfactory completion.
