When Ms H visited our showroom in Norwich they had a particular requirement for their project. Having the need to transform an unused ground floor room that had no existing plumbing into a fully accessible wet room with unrestricted shower access that also provided a high level of safety and a future proof design.
Our team carried out a turnkey renovation including the planning and installation of a completely new plumbing system. When discussing the specifics of the wet room requirements, it was highlighted that an in-shower seat was a priority, however, the more standard' options of a fold down seat or stool were not too desirable. This was when we discussed the ability of being able to have a purpose and bespoke made built-in seat that would not only provide the functionality required but also tie in with the ascetics of the room and add to the overall comfort and style.
By opting for a tiled floor with an integrated shower waste, we were able to add an extra level of sophistication, leaving our customer with a high standard finish and overall, a room that is enjoyable to use whilst also providing safe and versatile access.

Very pleased with NBK's suggestions and thoughtful design ideas for the creation of an upstairs shower room in our loft conversion. It wasn't the simplest or most straightforward of jobs but was tackled with a "can do/will do" attitude from the very start to completion of the finishing touches. We are delighted with our new kitchen from NBK. All the team were helpful, professional and friendly, and the standard of workmanship was very high. A special mention for James, our fitter, who consulted us throughout the installation to make sure we were happy with everything, and came up with lots of useful suggestions. This is the most outstanding company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are honestly head and shoulders above the rest. I have very high standards and they met them all with ease. From the moment we went to the showroom, they remained true to their word and delivered on every promise. Rachel is incredible, she is organised, knowledgable and takes great pride in her work. Tony is a fantastic designer with incredible knowledge and know how. He gave us huge time and energy and as a result we ended up with the kitchen of our dreams! Matt must be a time-bending magician because despite running many projects simultaneously, he still made us feel like the only customers on earth, nothing is too much and he delivers on everything. Ed, Stu and Ashley did a sublime job of fitting, creating and making our kitchen and bespoke every detail to an exceptional standard. They are also lovely people who we loved having in the house! This company genuinely care about doing a good job and as a result they do an exceptional one. I can honestly say I will never use anyone else if I can use NBK and I am already saving up for my bathrooms!

Lee Howard our fitter did an excellent job,the result exceeded our expectations. We moved out for 11 days to our campervan to allow work to proceed unhindered and contact was maintained throughout by Lee and Ryan.They were not the cheapest but as they say “you get what you pay for” and this was certainly the case. Would certainly recommend.

I can't rate NBK highly enough. Had our bathroom remodelled and they made it easy from start to finish. Other than doing all the nice things like choosing the tiles and fixtures and fittings they did all the heavy lifting. They project managed and made sure all the trades were there when needed. Had a super guy - shout out to Josh - who was on time everyday and carried out the bulk of the work to an extremely high standard. We had a slight issue at the end of the project when one of our fixtures was scratched - they sorted it out and made sure we were happy. Doing renovations can always be a little daunting, but they made it all easy, and now we have a stunning bathroom. Thank you all at NBK.

What can I say? Can't recommend NBK highly enough. James was great planning my vision with total honesty about what would work and what wouldn't and the likely cost - it was just what I asked for. An enjoyable experience and good chats through the months with Covid having an impact. Ryan talked me through the changes they needed to make to the plan during the install. Dan was a great fitter - making minor amendments where needed and sorted out my very important drawer for all the bits I use every day, a small thing I know but essential for me! Aftersales has been way more than I expected - the whole team is fantastic. We all love our bathroom and enjoy it every day with some very positive comments from visiting tradesmen about being the best bathroom they have been in! So thank you to every one of you who made it a reality, we will enjoy this for years. Its not cheap but exceeded my expectations and totally worth it.
