Michelle was fantastic - we only went instore to have a little look but ended up ordering our entire bathroom. She worked with us to get the best quality at the best price and was not at all pushy, emailing us the quote and giving us time to think about things. I really expected everything to be out of our price range but with Michelle's help we were able to make good use of deals and received a discount for ordering so much at once. I would recommend a visit before deciding to buy what might look cheaper online!
