For this homeowner's renovation, we reimagined their space, transforming it into a bright, open, and welcoming environment. By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining area, we created a seamless open-plan layout that feels spacious and airy. Initially, the customer considered an extension, but our solution allowed them to achieve the sense of a larger home without sacrificing any of their cherished garden space.
To futher enhance functionality, we reworked the original kitchen layout by filling in the existing doorway to the kitchen area. The clever adjustment expanded the understair storage, creating a more streamlined and practical design that maximises every inch of available space. The result is a beautifully connected living area, perfect for effortless family gatherings and entertaining.
The kitchen itself exudes modern elegance, featuring a sleek, light grey gloss cabinetry complemented by a stunning White Galaxy Quartz worktop. This combination not only enhances the aestetic but also offers exceptional durability. To optimise storage, we incorporated additional units within the L-shaped countertop, ensuring practicality without compromising on style. This look is completed with warm oak effect flooring, adding a natural and inviting touch to this sophisticated yet cosy space.
Very pleased with NBK's suggestions and thoughtful design ideas for the creation of an upstairs shower room in our loft conversion. It wasn't the simplest or most straightforward of jobs but was tackled with a "can do/will do" attitude from the very start to completion of the finishing touches.
