Halesworth Annex Renovation

Having already had their main home refurbishment carried out by our team, including their kitchen, bathroom and shower room, our customer asked us to transform their annex, previously an old pig shed adjacent to the main house. The annex had previously been unused for many years and the goal was to create a beautiful, welcoming, warm and friendly environment that could be enjoyed for many years to come.

We removed a partition wall to create a larger master bedroom and upgraded the second bedroom to become a meditation room. Also including a complete redesign and installation of the kitchen and bathroom as well as preparation work throughout the building consisting of plastering, latex for floor levelling and brand new Karndean flooring complete in a herringbone design. There was also a large amount of electrical work required in order to provide sufficient power to the property, designer rointe radiators and brand new mood lighting, all carried out by the team at NBK.
