As part of a comprehensive kitchen and building project, we had the privilege of transforming our customer's first floor living area into their dream space. The project involved moving the kitchen into the lounge area and creating a new lounge where the kitchen used to be. We also installed new sliding doors and built a bespoke Juliet balcony to seamlessly match the existing design. One of the standout features of this project is the stunning glass spashback that our customer selected, which truly brings the kitchen to life. A perfect addition to this spectacular room. Our customer's main goal was to enjoy the beautiful views of the river, and in their words, the kitchen was the small part!
Client Brief
Our customer wanted to rearrange the lounge, kitchen, and dining areas on the second floor to maximise the views of the River Wensum by switching the positions of the kitchen and lounge. The key request were to maintain the open-plan feel, install a modern, handleless kitchen with an impactful glass back panel, and incorporate a timber feature breakfast bar.
