The knowledgeable team offered advice on what products and variants would best suit our needs without any sales pressure at all. A great experience and the order was available for collection on time. We will definitely be going back to upgrade our other bathrooms.
NBK recently completed our kitchen installation. We could not be more pleased with the result. NBK changed everything from floor to ceiling and everything in between. Starting with stripping out the old kitchen, then re-plastering, new ceiling, electrical and plumbing work, installation of the new kitchen including supply and fitting of all appliances, new flooring and fantastic worktops. A brilliant result all round. All of their staff were great but special mention to Chris for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to recommend NBK .
Conversion of Bathroom to Shower Room carried out by NBK Bathrooms & Kitchens a month ago. • Completion Date achieved. • Delivery of Damaged goods expertly handled thus eliminating any delay. • Expert advice from the installer & confirmation of design checked regularly. • Disruption & dust etc kept to a minimum. • Start time of 8.30 am achieved through the works. • Project manager visited regularly through the works. • All staff members courteous at all times. • Internal work all achieved by Sean (the best multi trade operative I have seen) plus plasterer and electrician when needed. • Our shower room is exactly what we envisaged and more! I am a retired associate consultant Clerk of Works and my job working closely with an architectural team was ensuring quality control on multi-million-pound refurbishment contracts. I unequivocally recommend this company.

N.B.K have installed a new bathroom, kitchen and remodelled another bathroom for us. I cannot speak too highly of this company. Nothing is too much trouble. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work is absolutely top notch. They really will go the last mile to make sure everything is OK. So pleased with the service from N.B.K. at Diss for the complete refurbishment of our en-suite shower room. Everyone from office staff, fitters, electrician, plasterer, site manager and director were all helpful and ensured we were happy with all aspects of the service. So happy with my elderly parents bathroom / shower room refurbishment. I really liked the whole operation being in house. Diss showroom staff are so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. All tradesmen were very respectful and the quality and finish of all work is to a very high standard. A special mention to Lee who worked so hard and was very understanding and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NBK and will certainly use them again when we decide to have the downstairs shower room redone.
