We now have a much-improved downstairs shower/cloakroom thanks to the Diss Showroom. All staff involved were very pleasant, and a few problems which occurred during the fitting were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Our very tired and outdated bathroom has now been completely transformed, thanks to the NBK team. Mel & Pete at Diss and also Karen in the Norwich office, guided us through the ups and downs of the decision making and planning giving us excellent practical advice and support. Josh, our main fitter, became part of the family and worked tirelessly and with great attention to detail to create a beautiful bathroom for us. The project was well managed by Ryan and any problems that cropped up along the way were quickly resolved. All the NBK team on site were polite, helpful and tidy, and we were consulted at every stage of the project. How refreshing to find a company that really does give Customer Service, would highly recommend.
We had a dated bathroom with an over bath shower that had a trickle barely registering as pathetic. Now after choosing NBK to refurbish our bathroom we are delighted owners of a fabulous bathroom with a walk in shower that really is the business. At every stage we were given guidance and consulted on every single aspect. A special shout out to James who guided us through the design and specification stages and to Josh our Fitter who worked very hard whilst keeping everything tidy and clean and keeping any disruption to the minimum - thank you both for all you have done. NBK are team players providing great customer service. Everybody we have dealt with have been polite and friendly and we thank each and every one of you. NBK's attention to detail and quality of finish is second to none. We would use NBK again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bathroom.
