Josh, our main fitter, became part of the family

Our very tired and outdated bathroom has now been completely transformed, thanks to the NBK team. Mel & Pete at Diss and also Karen in the Norwich office, guided us through the ups and downs of the decision making and planning giving us excellent practical advice and support. Josh, our main fitter, became part of the family and worked tirelessly and with great attention to detail to create a beautiful bathroom for us. The project was well managed by Ryan and any problems that cropped up along the way were quickly resolved. All the NBK team on site were polite, helpful and tidy, and we were consulted at every stage of the project. How refreshing to find a company that really does give Customer Service, would highly recommend.
