Very happy with the help I received in planning my kitchen, especially with the workmanship from James (the fitter) and the rest of the team. James' friendly attitude was very good but especially his workmanship. I've had several visitors and they've all said it's a lovely job. It's transformed my kitchen, I love it and I love being in there!
What a fabulous showroom xxx picked out all we need for new bathroom xxx this will be ongoing but at least we getting started xxx they will be able to do it all including plumbing, electrics, tileing, painting and anything else thats needed xxx staff lovely and friendly and very helpful xxx can defo recommend xxx
What a fantastic team! We are so pleased with our lovely new kitchen and utility room, which were expertly fitted by James whose attention to detail is second to none. Both James and Jamie were always cheerful, friendly and had a knack of second-guessing all my questions, and were thoughtful regarding minimising disruption during the installation. Matthew did a wonderful job of overseeing the whole thing with regular visits and phone calls. Great work from everybody involved.
What service and workmanship. From the first contact with the Thorpe End showroom through to the last day of installation, we were completely impressed with Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens. Whilst every person involved in our new shower room was professional, we feel there are two people in particular who deserve an extra mention:- Stuart was the epitome of customer service and a really great guy - easy to discuss things with, helped us to make choices and never, ever pressured us into anything. Pete who spent three weeks at our house removing the old bathroom and installing the new shower room. We felt more than happy to give him a set of keys and leave him alone in the house to work when we went out. His workmanship is second to none, he checked with us where decisions needed to be made and has left us with a stunning shower room - we love having people visit so we can show it off! We have left it a little while before writing this review as we wanted to be sure we weren't blindly writing in an initial state of euphoria but as our love of our new shower room isn't waning we thought we we had better get on with. Finally after 13 years of hating our small and weirdly-shaped bathroom NBK have changed my life! It was lovely to deal with local people as they were very responsive to our needs and enquiries. We were able to choose exactly the bathroom we wanted whilst benefitting from their expertise and advice at every stage. We have an old house and we wanted something that was in keeping with the existing 'vibe' - the end result is beautiful and completely in keeping with the rest of the house. Whilst everyone we met couldn't have been more helpful, we would like to give a special mention to Josh the fitter. Our choice of tiles and bendy walls gave him a very difficult job and his attention to detail meant the project over-ran, but we were kept updated throughout and the end result more than justified Josh taking a little bit longer than anticipated. We are so thrilled with our new bathroom and the service was fabulous. Now to plan a new kitchen.....
We had a big project in mind, updating two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. Gareth helped us choose the bathroom suites and plan the work in our attic style bathrooms, where some of the tasks were quite challenging to say the least. The fitter turned up on time and did a first class job, always tidying and hoovering up after him, and consulting us throughout on many of the trickier decisions. We also had the services of roofers, plasterers and electricians, all of whom also did a great job for us. We now have two very smart bathrooms and a cloakroom and are delighted with the end result. Overall highly satisfied!
Very professional Company. Damien was fantastic and a precise worker. Cleaned up at end of every day. Very obliging in every respect, nothing was too much trouble for him. Jamie arrived on last day and did all the touching up. Also very efficient. Well done guys we are very pleased with the finished product.
Very helpful and friendly lady showed us variations on the showers we were interested in. I would recommend this supplier for their vast knowledge and sound advice.
