What service and workmanship. From the first contact with the Thorpe End showroom through to the last day of installation, we were completely impressed with Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens. Whilst every person involved in our new shower room was professional, we feel there are two people in particular who deserve an extra mention:- Stuart was the epitome of customer service and a really great guy - easy to discuss things with, helped us to make choices and never, ever pressured us into anything. Pete who spent three weeks at our house removing the old bathroom and installing the new shower room. We felt more than happy to give him a set of keys and leave him alone in the house to work when we went out. His workmanship is second to none, he checked with us where decisions needed to be made and has left us with a stunning shower room - we love having people visit so we can show it off! We have left it a little while before writing this review as we wanted to be sure we weren't blindly writing in an initial state of euphoria but as our love of our new shower room isn't waning we thought we we had better get on with. Well done NBK - long may you continue in you first class workmanship and service
