Very customer focussed right from the initial contact

We have recently had two bathroom refurbishments completed by NBK and we have been delighted with both. The detailed planning process conducted ahead of each project ensures that the customer gets exactly what is required, it is completed on time, on budget, and to a very high standard. All the staff at NBK are very customer focussed right from the initial contact. The trades personnel are highly skilled and very respectful of the customers property, and each is an expert in their particular field. Based upon our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending NBK to others.

Thoughtful throughout, the whole project went very smoothly

We recently had our bathroom replaced by NBK Norwich. We compared a few companies but chose NBK because their products looked really good and they were professional throughout the sales process. The final quotation was competitive and remained in line with the amount we eventually paid. The work began on exactly the agreed date and took just under the agreed 3 weeks. Lee H did the bulk of the work, doing an excellent job removing the old bathroom and fitting the new. He was efficient, flexible, and thoughtful throughout, being superb at both the heavy manual work and also the fine detail of the final fitting and decor. We were also very impressed by his and Ryan's liaising with the wider team, such as the plasterer, electrician, brick layer, scaffolders who also did an excellent job. The whole project went very smoothly.

They offer sound advice

NBK has refitted 3 bathrooms and most recently a utility and downstairs cloakroom. They offer sound advice and creative ,practical layout options. Their office and on site staff are all highly skilled as well as being efficient , tidy and diligent. Problem solving has never been a problem. I’ve always been very impressed with their teams and delighted with the work they’ve done for us.
