Thoughtful throughout, the whole project went very smoothly

We recently had our bathroom replaced by NBK Norwich. We compared a few companies but chose NBK because their products looked really good and they were professional throughout the sales process. The final quotation was competitive and remained in line with the amount we eventually paid. The work began on exactly the agreed date and took just under the agreed 3 weeks. Lee H did the bulk of the work, doing an excellent job removing the old bathroom and fitting the new. He was efficient, flexible, and thoughtful throughout, being superb at both the heavy manual work and also the fine detail of the final fitting and decor. We were also very impressed by his and Ryan's liaising with the wider team, such as the plasterer, electrician, brick layer, scaffolders who also did an excellent job. The whole project went very smoothly.
