Mark fitted our kitchen, absolutely gorgeous

Our new kitchen looks superb, we absolutely love it. We have a very long and narrow space in an old cottage (not a straight wall in sight!) but the team at NBK did a magnificent job of helping us to create a beautiful space. The planning process was excellent. Tony gave us lots of advice and managed to use every inch of available space to give extra storage and work surface without making it looked cramped. The project was managed by Matt who kept us in the loop about what would be happening, what to expect and when they would happen. He also liaised with other trades to ensure that everyone was up to speed. Mark fitted our kitchen and did a fantastic job. The finish is absolutely gorgeous. He checked at the start of everyday if we had any questions or concerns which was great and very reassuring. Other members of the team who delivered units and took away waste were courteous and efficient. Everyone respected social distancing guidelines which was great. Our project started with most of the old kitchen being ripped out the day before lockdown which was really nerve racking but my thanks to Rachael who contacted us every week throughout lockdown with updates and information about when our project would start again. In a difficult time, this professionalism and care was really appreciated. And really, if I had to sum up our experience, this is what sets NBK apart from the rest. They are customer focused, professional, responsive, caring and highly skilled. Just brilliant, thank you.
