Very professional and friendly company. Had our bathroom done to a very high standard by NBK. Very pleasant company to work with. From the first visit with James until the final installation done by Richard. All was done very professionally and communicated well. Any problems or changes during installation where dealt with straight away with a clear indication of extra costs involved. As my wife home alone often during installation, she never felt uncomfortable having the builders around during the work. Will definitely contact them again when we are planning to change the kitchen.

After using NBK several years ago for a bathroom refit, I had no hesitation in returning to them when I decided to refit my kitchen. From the very start with the design, through to the final finished product, was a pleasurable experience. All the staff are supportive and helpful. Edd, the fitter, was brilliant, with his attention to detail, consultative approach and worth ethic. Matt, who managed the project, was great too - visiting regularly to check progress and sort out any issues. Both of them had a great philosophy - "No such thing as problems, just solutions." They were always able to come up with something to suit my needs and requirements exactly. Everyone who came to work on the kitchen from electricians and plumbers through to the decorator were first class with their skills, workmanship and courteousness. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and I will certainly use them again.

Right from first contact with Nbk everyone I have met on my kitchen journey has been a credit to the company. I would like to say thank you to Tony, Matt, Karen, Jamie, the plasterers, team of electricians, Stuart the kitchen fitter and Peter. Stuart deserves a special mention, with his attention to detail I knew that he saw things the same as me and that a first class job was going to be done. Stuart’s experience enabled him to make suggestions that would benefit and enhance the finished kitchen including extra tiling and a cupboard to hide the electrical sub main Also thanks to Rachel for being available at the Diss showroom.

We have had our bathroom re-vamped by NBK, this is the second time we have used them as the En-suite shower room was completed seven months ago. For work of this magnitude and expense one normally get at least three estimates but on our initial visit the showroom staff were so friendly and up front that NBK were the only company we went to. What I really liked was that there is no, its £8000 but if you sign today its only £6000. In both bathrooms it was a case of having a plan and with their help putting it down on paper. You get a detailed breakdown of each fitting you require and of labour costs, and a computer drawing of your dream. This itemised cost sheet enables you to adjust and make changes to stay in your budget etc. To check measurements they conduct a site visit and once you have decided on a plan of action a date will be set for the work to commence. Should you not be able to be at home you can leave the key for the fitters to gain access to your house, be assured that as long as you leave out the makings for tea, coffee and maybe a few biscuits, there will be nothing to worry about! Carpet covers and blankets cover everything and at the end of each day they tidy up. Dan worked on both of our projects, he and all of the fitters that came, work to a very high, skilled standard, he was also our project manager. Should they feel that something is not quite right they just don’t plod on, they talk to you and their office. Sometimes changes have to be made for it all to work. They are experienced enough to tell you how long the task is going to take and when it is finished, it’s not the case that they just disappear, the final act is that the job is inspected after completion and signed off to your satisfaction. Would I use NBK again, well I have used them twice and should the need arise they will be here again. Highly recommended.

I had my kitchen installed over the last two weeks and the whole team especially Mark (the kitchen fitter) where absolutely faultless. They all cleared up after themselves and left me with the most perfect kitchen you could have. The whole team Gareth, in the showroom, Matt the project manager, Jamie, Dan and especially Mark where a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend this company.

I would thoroughly recommend NBK. Having a few problems with arthritis I decided to research walk-in baths, and started with google. NBK as a local firm came up, and I was first impressed by the live chat lady, who asked me what I was looking for, and then set up an appointment for someone to come out to survey my bathroom and talk through ideas. James was excellent with the survey, and then Stuart as office manager went above and beyond the call of duty to find the type of bath I was wanting. Shaun as fitter was amazing...so hard working! Fantastic service from the whole company...and the bathroom is very good as well!

Rachel in the Diss store has been incredibly helpful and sorted out the fitting around our holiday dates which was really appreciated. Sincere thanks to Norwich Bathrooms & Kitchens for their quality work in replacing the inferior worktops and turning our kitchen into an area which now has a ‘Wow’ Factor. The original work surfaces were originally installed just three years ago by what proved to be a shoddy competitor kitchen retailer who regularly appears on TV , and proved that “never being undercut” on price meant inferior quality materials being installed. Anyone considering kitchen or bathroom refurbishment should put their trust into NBK for an excellent product installed by an organisation that cares for its customers and reputation. What service and workmanship. From the first contact with the Thorpe End showroom through to the last day of installation, we were completely impressed with Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens. Whilst every person involved in our new shower room was professional, we feel there are two people in particular who deserve an extra mention:- Stuart was the epitome of customer service and a really great guy - easy to discuss things with, helped us to make choices and never, ever pressured us into anything. Pete who spent three weeks at our house removing the old bathroom and installing the new shower room. We felt more than happy to give him a set of keys and leave him alone in the house to work when we went out. His workmanship is second to none, he checked with us where decisions needed to be made and has left us with a stunning shower room - we love having people visit so we can show it off! We have left it a little while before writing this review as we wanted to be sure we weren't blindly writing in an initial state of euphoria but as our love of our new shower room isn't waning we thought we we had better get on with. Well done NBK - long may you continue in you first class workmanship and service

Finally after 13 years of hating our small and weirdly-shaped bathroom NBK have changed my life! It was lovely to deal with local people as they were very responsive to our needs and enquiries. We were able to choose exactly the bathroom we wanted whilst benefitting from their expertise and advice at every stage. We have an old house and we wanted something that was in keeping with the existing 'vibe' - the end result is beautiful and completely in keeping with the rest of the house. Whilst everyone we met couldn't have been more helpful, we would like to give a special mention to Josh the fitter. Our choice of tiles and bendy walls gave him a very difficult job and his attention to detail meant the project over-ran, but we were kept updated throughout and the end result more than justified Josh taking a little bit longer than anticipated. We are so thrilled with our new bathroom and the service was fabulous. Now to plan a new kitchen.....

We had a big project in mind, updating two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. Gareth helped us choose the bathroom suites and plan the work in our attic style bathrooms, where some of the tasks were quite challenging to say the least. The fitter turned up on time and did a first class job, always tidying and hoovering up after him, and consulting us throughout on many of the trickier decisions. We also had the services of roofers, plasterers and electricians, all of whom also did a great job for us. We now have two very smart bathrooms and a cloakroom and are delighted with the end result. Overall highly satisfied!

From my first visit to Thorpe End to speak to Craig and Stuart I felt confident that I had made the right choice. James visited me at home and came up with the perfect design for a complete overhaul of my bathroom. Ryan was the project manager and Simon was the fitter who undertook all the work taking all my wishes on board and treating me with the utmost respect. I was never left without toilet facilities as it was my only bathroom and this had been a big worry for me. Any minor problems were overcome even to the extent that both Simon and Ryan returned after hours when the heating system had an airlock. They even took it in their stride when I decided to add new kitchen flooring during the work. Simon was on time every day and cleaned up and reinstated my toilet before he left each day and any rubbish was removed on a regular basis. I am so delighted with the finished project and will wholeheartedly recommend NBK to anyone who is thinking of replacing or upgrading their bathroom.

Well what can I say, this was a smaller second Bathroom and I wish I had NBK do the first one too! If I could give more stars I would! From first meeting Mel in the showroom who was a delight and so helpful all the way through, to Dan the Fitter. The bathroom was a guest bathroom but I love it so much it is now my own personal Bathroom. It’s gone from a gloomy grey cell like one to a bright and Boutique type.My husband picked the Porcelain tiles and NBK went out of their way to get them for us. Even though it’s a small space the new bath is in a different place with the help of Mel’s planning. Dan cleaned up after himself every single night and with an OCD hubby that hates dust that wasn’t easy! Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Every time! We weren’t quite agreed on the price but Gareth wanted our custom and worked with us to sort it out, which is rare these days, as I’ve experienced with a “take it or leave it” attitude by many others. Mel & Pete at Diss and also Karen in the Norwich office, guided us through the ups and downs of the decision making and planning giving us excellent practical advice and support. Now after choosing NBK to refurbish our bathroom we are delighted owners of a fabulous bathroom with a walk in shower that really is the business. We are very happy with our new bathroom fitted by Terry. When we moved into the house, there was a wet room and it detracted from our quality of life at home. The NBK team did a survey on our existing bathroom and made drawings to help us visualise what was possible for our existing space as it was unclear as to whether or not we could have a full bathroom suite in the space. Changing the existing sink layout and getting the door to open outwards allowed us to have the full bathroom that we wanted for our home. We went through each option and made choices to make the space seem as light and bright as possible. Our children love the bathroom and our home feels complete thanks to NBK.

I had a shower thermostat fail which required presenting a copy of the invoice to the manufacturer. I had mislaid it. As a long shot I contacted the retailer which was NBK and a Stuart Barnes. To be honest I wasn't expecting much support as I was not ringing for a quote or a purchase and the goods were supplied 2 years ago. I think we benchmark to such low expectations these days that Stuart's ' can do' attitude was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he find it ( not easy as the records had moved) but he both emailed and posted copies. A great result for me. This may all sound really trivial but to me it wasn't. Company came in, replaced the entire shower bar which retailed around 200 quid and all under warranty. Thanks for your help Stuart! I will be using these guys again. I think you get a feel for a business in how they deal post sales and they seem to care.

I looked in the village book for a kitchen company and saw NBK (Norwich Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd), they have just completed fitting us a new kitchen. The whole project went to a set plan and their fitter James was outstanding.He gave us a stunning kitchen, he cleaned up every night, and worked hard all day from from the time he arrived at 8.30am. The MD came out numerous times before we decided on the exact plan of the kitchen, nothing was too much trouble, and the schedule was followed, so we knew exactly what was happening and when. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and if you are thinking of a new kitchen you could get no better fitter than James I am sure to carry out the work.
