We were delighted that we chose NBK to redesign and completely refit one of our bathrooms. The whole process was professionally managed from start to finish and we are very pleased with the final result. Nothing was ever too much trouble during the planning and design process, and this ensured that when work did commence, it was a very straightforward process with all the various trades very well co-ordinated to minimise any delays and disruption. All the NBK staff, from the showrooms to the installers demonstrate a level of professionalism and customer care that provide the customer with the confidence that the finished work will more than meet their expectations. We must make special mention of Dan our installer whose commitment, skills and problem-solving abilities were invaluable throughout the project. It was comforting to know that we could just leave him in the house to manage every aspect of the installation if we weren’t about. We missed having him around once the job was completed! If you are looking for a complete package then this company are the place to go. We had a complete re-modelling of our kitchen and creation of a utility room. NBK took care of all the work from start to finish – design, building work, plumbing, electrics and moving our hot water cylinder. Everything went according to plan, and was completed to our satisfaction in the 6 weeks that had been estimated. The NBK team were excellent, from planning, co-ordinating the various teams, to installation and after sales care. Chris was on site the whole project, and carried out the building work and all the fitting and flooring. We are very happy with Chris’s work, and the professionalism and workmanship of the whole team. We are delighted with our new kitchen and utility room. Both look very good and are a pleasure to use. We would definitely recommend NBK to anyone looking for a complete package.

We used this company to completely remodel and re-fit our main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs toilet. I can say nothing but praise for the professional way this work was carried out, from the very start of design to the finished article. Tony the designer took us through all the possibilities of design including the range of products and colours etc which were available, once chosen these were shown on an auto cad display for us to approve or change and if we did approve we would still be given the opportunity to change before the work started. At the start date Lee (Southwick) introduced himself and carefully laid down protective coverings for our carpets around the house. Lee is probably the most professional tradesman its been my pleasure to meet apart from being extremely polite and likable his attitude to his work is admirable. He is very proud of what he does and this shows in the quality of the finished article from boxing in of pipework to the immaculate tiling, he was always asking if we were happy with what he was doing and offering alternatives, well done Lee. During the installation we were paid several visits from Ryan the project manager to check that the work was being carried out to our satisfaction, yet again I must say Ryan was very polite and professional. All in all we are more than satisfied with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend NBK, they are not the cheapest but they proved the old adage, you get what you pay for. we have had kitchens and bathrooms installed by cheaper vendors and there is no comparison to the standard of work and finish, thank you NBK.

We wanted a one-stop-shop for our project and that's what we found - staffed by a great team. We felt confident at all stages of the work - right from the start when James took our wish list and magazine cuttings and converted them into a proper plan. Catherine & Millie in the showroom worked tirelessly to find the right fixtures and fittings for us - in spite of an exacting list of requirements! Catherine made some great suggestions and helped us to feel confident in our choices. The team here on site were a pleasure to host. Dan is so much more than just an installer - he's a multi-talented craftsman. Sean worked true magic with his router to deliver panelling we are really proud of. Lee the plasterer and David & Alex looking after the electrics were there right when we needed them and always friendly and helpful. Ryan's regular visits and timely communication meant we always knew what was happening and when - so important for a long project. We are delighted with the end result and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend NBK.

NBK have just completed a major refurbishment of our tired old bathroom into a beautiful walk in shower room. From our first meeting at the showroom, the site visit, the detailed planning meeting and finally the installation we've been really impressed by the level of professionalism and interest in giving us exactly what we wanted. Everyone we spoke to couldn't have been more interested and responsive to any queries but we were especially impressed by James the designer for his enthusiasm and imagination in the design and to Anthony & Josh who actually installed it. It was by necessity quite a lengthy process to strip the room to a bare shell & do the installation but Anthony & Josh were a pleasure to deal with, great workmanship, very neat & tidy, and excellent at dealing with the little practical issues that something like this inevitably involves. In summary NBK did a first class job and always made us feel really valued and that delivering what we wanted was their number one priority.

This is the most outstanding company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are honestly head and shoulders above the rest. I have very high standards and they met them all with ease. Tony is a fantastic designer with incredible knowledge and know how. He gave us huge time and energy and as a result we ended up with the kitchen of our dreams! Matt must be a time-bending magician because despite running many projects simultaneously, he still made us feel like the only customers on earth, nothing is too much and he delivers on everything. Ed, Stu and Ashley did a sublime job of fitting, creating and making our kitchen and bespoke every detail to an exceptional standard. They are also lovely people who we loved having in the house! This company genuinely care about doing a good job and as a result they do an exceptional one. Lee Howard our fitter did an excellent job,the result exceeded our expectations. We moved out for 11 days to our campervan to allow work to proceed unhindered and contact was maintained throughout by Lee and Ryan.They were not the cheapest but as they say “you get what you pay for” and this was certainly the case. I can't rate NBK highly enough. Had our bathroom remodelled and they made it easy from start to finish. Other than doing all the nice things like choosing the tiles and fixtures and fittings they did all the heavy lifting. They project managed and made sure all the trades were there when needed. Had a super guy - shout out to Josh - who was on time everyday and carried out the bulk of the work to an extremely high standard. We had a slight issue at the end of the project when one of our fixtures was scratched - they sorted it out and made sure we were happy. Doing renovations can always be a little daunting, but they made it all easy, and now we have a stunning bathroom. Thank you all at NBK.

What can I say? Can't recommend NBK highly enough. James was great planning my vision with total honesty about what would work and what wouldn't and the likely cost - it was just what I asked for. An enjoyable experience and good chats through the months with Covid having an impact. Ryan talked me through the changes they needed to make to the plan during the install. Dan was a great fitter - making minor amendments where needed and sorted out my very important drawer for all the bits I use every day, a small thing I know but essential for me! Aftersales has been way more than I expected - the whole team is fantastic. We all love our bathroom and enjoy it every day with some very positive comments from visiting tradesmen about being the best bathroom they have been in! So thank you to every one of you who made it a reality, we will enjoy this for years. Its not cheap but exceeded my expectations and totally worth it.

NBK fitted a replacement bathroom for us last year and did an excellent job, so we had no hesitation in asking them to create a new kitchen for us recently. The whole operation on both jobs ran very smoothly from the initial design stages through to the final touches. We weren’t living in the house whilst the kitchen fitting work was done, and because of covid-19 lockdown we only visited about once per week. Despite our absence all the work was carried out precisely according to our plan, and any queries were well communicated and swiftly dealt with. Even an unexpected piece of structural construction work was handled efficiently without holding up the schedule. The project manager, Matthew, and Stuart, the fitter, both did excellent jobs for us, often going the extra mile to get things done. We’re very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the fittings, our kitchen has been completely transformed!

I hired NBK for quite a big project on my new home and am so delighted by the outcome! They fitted for me a downstairs bedroom with free-standing roll top bath, cloakroom loo, en-suite bathroom, family bathroom, kitchen and utility room as well as new windows and front door. After deciding to get our muddled bathroom re-worked by NBK after reading lots of other positive reviews, we felt confident they would do a good job. From day 1 of meeting James and hearing his ideas and suggestions, we knew we'd made the right decision. There were so many team members who were involved and were excellent throughout, giving excellent suggestions and ideas. The process you go through is all laid out and there to help you make the right choices at the right points. It's very easy to just hand the project over to someone else, and then not get quite what you wanted. With NBK, you have full control at all times - whilst getting the professional experience, knowledge and advice of those who have done it all before, many times. Our fitter, Dan, was excellent - both in terms of his work and being flexible around us and also asking and discussing certain elements at different times, we couldn't have had a better fitter. You get excellent value in having this control over the process and design, knowing the end result will be a quality product. We'd really recommend NBK for a quality experience and finish. Excellent service from start to finish. We had a new bathroom installed in August over 2 of the hottest weeks of the year (not a good time to be without a shower!!). Thank you to James, Ryan, Lee, Alex, Gareth and Ben who all contributed. But naturally, a huge thank you to Jamie our fitter, who worked like a Trojan despite the heat, and made our very small bathroom look like something out of an interior design magazine. Nothing was too much trouble and we fully appreciate the effort it took to work wonders in such a small space. Following on from the bathroom, we were then booked in to have a new kitchen installation. And what a room it is, absolutely stunning. Just over 4 weeks of disruption but so worth it. James worked his magic on the fitting and his suggestion to add more brick effect tiles has worked a treat (my apologies for ever doubting you!!). Thank you so much for all your hard work and for our dream kitchen. We absolutely love it. Thanks also to Tony for his insight in the design, Ashley for tearing out our old kitchen, Matt for the project managing, David and Jake for the electrical work, and Lee and Stuart for the plastering. A great experience from beginning to end! Catherine at the branch in Diss was very helpful and worked with us to get everything spec'd exactly how we wanted it. Originally the en-suite was due to be started in March 2020, but this was delayed due to Covid-19, and NBK were happy to schedule the installation around a timescale that worked for all of us towards the end of the summer, and were happy to discuss and allay the concerns we had with visitors to the property during this time. Richard did a great job installing the bathroom, and was always happy to talk through things with us if he thought our input was needed; whilst Ryan did a great job of ensuring everything went smoothly, keeping us updated and answering any questions we had. Really happy with the job NBK did and we have a stunning en-suite now.

A complete bathroom and en-suite refit. As the company do all the work (we chose to do our own decorating) there was no hassle of dealing with separate trades and the slowing of progress that this can incur. Even with the difficulties of Covid 19, the company were highly efficient and responsive at all times. We had a few additional complications which were not foreseeable but they were dealt with in a positive problem-solving approach. The quality of finish was very good too. All the staff, at all levels were very attentive through the process. It was a very big expense for us but the result is well worth it.
