I would thoroughly recommend NBK. Having a few problems with arthritis I decided to research walk-in baths, and started with google. NBK as a local firm came up, and I was first impressed by the live chat lady, who asked me what I was looking for, and then set up an appointment for someone to come out to survey my bathroom and talk through ideas. James was excellent with the survey, and then Stuart as office manager went above and beyond the call of duty to find the type of bath I was wanting. Shaun as fitter was amazing...so hard working! Fantastic service from the whole company...and the bathroom is very good as well!
