Endless patience in helping us find the perfect solution

We can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from NBK, who have recently finished installing a replacement bathroom for us. From the very beginning, when I first visited the Norwich showroom, the service has been exceptional. Stuart and James’ in-depth knowledge of the products, combined with their endless patience in helping us find the perfect solution, whilst always keeping the budget in mind, was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. When it came to the installation, Lee S was a pleasure to have in the house - considerate and tidy, and we very much appreciated his attention to detail, ensuring that every small detail was just right. He was even able to find a solution to a tricky room configuration that was preventing us having the herringbone wall we really wanted! Ryan was on hand whenever we needed him, and the few small hiccups we had (not NBK’s fault) were dealt with professionally and promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NBK to anyone!
