It is very rare to find a company like this

We first visited NBK about 2 years ago when first looking for a complete bathroom makeover. We were very impressed with their knowledge and honesty about what the price would likely be. Unfortunately at the time it was out of our price budget. Two years later we visited again and was once again impressed with their helpfulness. We had a good feeling about the company. We had visited other bathroom companies in the area where staff could barely look up from their desk. We are pleased to say we made the right decision. James came to our home to carry out the planning with ourselves. We made a few alterations to the original plan. James was extremely pleasant and always courteous with our alteration requirements. Next came Stuart with his knowledge of the products and helped us try to find exactly what we wanted. He was very patience and extremely helpful. Next came Steve who made our dreams come true with transforming our bathroom. He was truly amazing. His attention to detail was incredible. He was very tidy and always helpful if we had questions, etc. Next was Ryan the project manager. Ryan visited numerous times to ensure all was progressing well. This took the stress away from us by having someone who could sort out queries, etc and liaise with Steve directly. We met Gareth the owner on one occasion who again was helpful when sorting out a few teething problems when the bathroom was finished. The small problems were sorted out quickly, efficiently with no fuss. Last of all there was Millie, the administrator who we have spoken to a few times. Again efficient, helpful and dealt with things promptly. What an amazing company who employ excellent staff who care about their clients and the service they provide. It is very rare to find a company like this . We now have a beautiful bathroom we are proud to show off, thanks to NBK. Thank you everyone. Beverley and Robin
