Gratitude and admiration for the work Sean did

Dear Sir, I am writing to thank you for the excellent work your company did refurbishing our en-suite bathroom. The finished product looks stunning and is extremely practical. The help with the design by Tony was invaluable. From start to finish, the attention to customer care was by all those at NBK faultless. We want particularly though to express our gratitude and admiration for the work Sean did in fitting our the en-suite. He was meticulous in his work, provided some great ideas and used his initiative to enhance the overall finished product. Throughout the 3 weeks he was here he was courteous and sensitive to our requirements. Together with Jamie who finished off the decoration, we couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you.
