We are delighted with our new bathroom, including the after sales service from Millie and the team. We were delighted with the results and the way Dan went about the refit. The care he took to ensure we were happy and the cleanliness of his work. Although dust did get everywhere! Dan is truly a craftsman and a credit to your team. We had spoken to a few companies before we found NBK. No one fitted the bill, as we wanted a complete service. The reason we came to NBK was because we were phoning around and had an initial conversation with Catherine. Her knowledge and understanding of your service filled us with confidence. We were really sold on the first contact. The only challenge we found during the whole process was that some of the items Catherine & Tony recommended were not on display and therefore difficult to picture. However their recommendations are ideal and the shower is fabulous. I wanted you to know how pleased we are with NBK.
