We were very pleased with the friendly and professional service provided by all the NBK team who worked well together. Michelle was helpful with planning and remodelling the two bathrooms and suggested cheaper but equivalent quality items when appropriate to keep costs down. When our first two choices of toilet became unexpectedly unavailable due to nationwide supply shortages, Rachel helped find suitable alternatives at short notice. We are full of praise for James the fitter who worked on both bathrooms. He did an excellent job with great attention to detail. He always consulted us before a decision to check we agreed and whilst offering advice on some tricky decisions he never pushed his ideas and happily went along with our choices. He was friendly and sociable and considerate when having to turn off the water or heating and we appreciated his obvious perfectionist attitude. We are very pleased with the final result of both bathrooms.
