Our experience fully justifies NBK's reviews

After looking at other firms we chose NBK to remodel our bathroom because of the excellent reviews we had seen. Our experience fully justifies those. From our first visit to the showroom, through the survey and design process, to ripping out and refitting, all the team were knowledgeable, professional and understood our needs and concerns. Whenever there were snags they were resolved quickly with no fuss and we were kept fully involved in the process. This meant we now have a beautiful bathroom which exceeded our expectations. So a big thank you to Michelle and especially Simon our fitter who did a fantastic job and to Ben who managed to rip out the whole bathroom whilst creating minimum mess.
