NBK recently did a complete refit of my bathroom and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am overjoyed with my new bathroom: The quality of the products and installation is excellent but ultimately it's down to the fitter to do all the hard work to ensure the finished result is perfect. My filter, Damien, did a fantastic job, he is a hard worker, did a high quality job and obviously takes pride in his work. I was out of the country whilst the work was being carried out so was a little anxious about a "stranger" being in my home while I was not there but Damien proved to be trustworthy & respectful of my property. Not only was his work of an excellent standard, Damien also proved to be a resourceful problem solver. I wanted the basin waste pipes boxed in but due to the angle of the pipes & the position they were in relation to the heated towel rail this looked like an almost impossible task. I was back home by this point & Damien chatted to me about what to do then he came up with a genius solution, put it into action and the result was perfect. Damien is very skilled and clearly an asset to your company, I can't sing his praises enough. His attitude and communication throughout the job was professional and customer focused, a true ambassador for NBK. I don't know if you do any reward & recognition scheme, employee of the month or similar but my vote would go to Damien. Thank you to NBK for my beautiful new bathroom. Thank you to all who were involved in making arrangements ........ Gareth; Bob & Karen in the office; the plasterer; the electrician and so on but most of all a massive thank you to Damien for making it all happen.
