We love it

I just wanted to say how impressed we are with the bathroom. It is absolutely fantastic. From design to completion the care and attention from N.B.K has been exemplary. James (designer) came up with an inspired design which allowed us to develop our own ideas into it, completely took on board our need to manage costs and guided us with suggestions without losing the integrity of an amazing finish. We never felt pushed or pressured into a decision and he was generous with patience towards us. Josh's (fitter) workmanship is stunning. Every aspect of implementing the design has been thought through. You can see this in the excellent tiling in how he has ensured they completely balance and proved visual symmetry. This is a well planned and caring approach from a tradesman who takes pride in their work. Josh has also been very friendly and easy to work and communicate with. We love it. S. Moon
