I love it so much ...

Well what can I say, this was a smaller second Bathroom and I wish I had NBK do the first one too! If I could give more stars I would! From first meeting Mel in the showroom who was a delight and so helpful all the way through, to Dan the Fitter. The bathroom was a guest bathroom but I love it so much it is now my own personal Bathroom. It’s gone from a gloomy grey cell like one to a bright and Boutique type.My husband picked the Porcelain tiles and NBK went out of their way to get them for us. Even though it’s a small space the new bath is in a different place with the help of Mel’s planning. Dan cleaned up after himself every single night and with an OCD hubby that hates dust that wasn’t easy! Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Every time! We weren’t quite agreed on the price but Gareth wanted our custom and worked with us to sort it out, which is rare these days, as I’ve experienced with a “take it or leave it” attitude by many others.
