We used NBK to design and instal a kitchen and utility room in our newly purchased property. Having previously had a poor experience with a bathroom replacement undertaken by a sole trader, we were keen to use a company that provided the reassurance and back-up to help make the whole process less stressful. Throughout the project this proved to be the case. We enjoyed working with Talinna on the design phase; nothing was too much trouble. It was great to be able to pop into the showroom to re-visit various aspects of the design. When it came to the installation we were not living in the property so we relied on Matthew and his team to keep us up to speed with any questions that arose. Throughout, it really felt as if the installers took a pride in their work and wanted to deliver the best possible outcome. We are delighted with the finished products, and would not hesitate to recommend NBK.
