From my first visit to Thorpe End to speak to Craig and Stuart I felt confident that I had made the right choice. James visited me at home and came up with the perfect design for a complete overhaul of my bathroom. Ryan was the project manager and Simon was the fitter who undertook all the work taking all my wishes on board and treating me with the utmost respect. I was never left without toilet facilities as it was my only bathroom and this had been a big worry for me. Any minor problems were overcome even to the extent that both Simon and Ryan returned after hours when the heating system had an airlock. They even took it in their stride when I decided to add new kitchen flooring during the work. Simon was on time every day and cleaned up and reinstated my toilet before he left each day and any rubbish was removed on a regular basis. I am so delighted with the finished project and will wholeheartedly recommend NBK to anyone who is thinking of replacing or upgrading their bathroom.
