We have had our bathroom re-vamped by NBK, this is the second time we have used them as the En-suite shower room was completed seven months ago. For work of this magnitude and expense one normally get at least three estimates but on our initial visit the showroom staff were so friendly and up front that NBK were the only company we went to. What I really liked was that there is no, its £8000 but if you sign today its only £6000. In both bathrooms it was a case of having a plan and with their help putting it down on paper. You get a detailed breakdown of each fitting you require and of labour costs, and a computer drawing of your dream. This itemised cost sheet enables you to adjust and make changes to stay in your budget etc. To check measurements they conduct a site visit and once you have decided on a plan of action a date will be set for the work to commence. Should you not be able to be at home you can leave the key for the fitters to gain access to your house, be assured that as long as you leave out the makings for tea, coffee and maybe a few biscuits, there will be nothing to worry about! Carpet covers and blankets cover everything and at the end of each day they tidy up. Dan worked on both of our projects, he and all of the fitters that came, work to a very high, skilled standard, he was also our project manager. Should they feel that something is not quite right they just don’t plod on, they talk to you and their office. Sometimes changes have to be made for it all to work. They are experienced enough to tell you how long the task is going to take and when it is finished, it’s not the case that they just disappear, the final act is that the job is inspected after completion and signed off to your satisfaction. Would I use NBK again, well I have used them twice and should the need arise they will be here again. Highly recommended.
