No hesitancy in awarding them 5 stars

We planned to change our bathroom planning for old age and accidentally drove past NBK on Heigham Street so decided to stop to have a look inside for some ideas. Firstly, we parked outside the showroom door which is a blessing for Norwich and as soon as we opened the door into the showroom you could sense we were walking into a professionally run establishment as we were instantly greeted by a smiling face and the offer of a cold drink which was very welcome as it was a very hot day. So after a brief introductions we had an escorted tour of the showroom and then after a sit down with Karen we were on our way to having our bathroom completely restructured as we both instantly know our changes were going to be put in good hands. After a visit from James to our property in which he helped us plan what and where we wanted our changes and he was backed up by Karen who has so much experience in this industry and is very tuned into the needs and demands of her customers especially with colours helping to make choices easier. The job was priced and we gave the go ahead as it was a big job and 28 days were needed to complete the job. Paul was the fitter assigned to our property and think he was initially overawed by the size of the job and the amount of redirection of pipe work he had to make and to be honest so were we. The transformation moved on as planned as we were so fortunate to have such an experienced fitter like Paul to do our work as not only is he a very competent fitter he was very customer orientated and very friendly and trustworthy . The job is now completed and we now have a beautiful shower room and seeing your vision initially on a laptop to seeing the finished article is amazing as we are over the moon with the result. Many other people were involved in this project all of the same high calibre of professionalism and workmanship of colleagues already mentioned that make Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens one of the best companies we have had the pleasure in dealing with. We now have a shower room to meet our immediate and future needs thanks to NBK and we would most certainly highly recommend them and have no hesitancy in awarding them 5 stars.
