Catherine, Richard and Ryan did a great job - Diss

A great experience from beginning to end! Catherine at the branch in Diss was very helpful and worked with us to get everything spec'd exactly how we wanted it. Originally the en-suite was due to be started in March 2020, but this was delayed due to Covid-19, and NBK were happy to schedule the installation around a timescale that worked for all of us towards the end of the summer, and were happy to discuss and allay the concerns we had with visitors to the property during this time. Richard did a great job installing the bathroom, and was always happy to talk through things with us if he thought our input was needed; whilst Ryan did a great job of ensuring everything went smoothly, keeping us updated and answering any questions we had. Really happy with the job NBK did and we have a stunning en-suite now.
