Extremely pleased

I decided on NBK to recently upgrade my elderly Mothers bathroom. The decision was based on a very competitive price, together with James, the salesman (an ex bathroom fitter) confidently understanding the requirements and giving excellent advice. The job involved replacing the bath with a walk-in shower plus installing a new toilet and wash basin. Replastering, painting, tiling, redirecting drainage, installing new electrical appliances and laying new flooring was also included. The tradesmen on this project all worked professionally and efficiently together as a team from start to completion. It was also reassuring that a Project Manager visited the bungalow most days, to ensure the job was going smoothly, on schedule and ask whether I was satisfied with progress. There was a couple of minor issues, however, these were quickly and amicably dealt with. My Mother is now extremely pleased with her bathroom, which is finished to a high standard, modern and above all much safer for her to use. NBK are very focused on customer satisfaction, even Sally the Operations Director came to carry out the final inspection, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Many Thanks NBK!
