From initial enquiry at the Diss showroom, through to final sign off, all enquiries and requests to both front and back office staff handled in a friendly, efficient manner. Lee, our fitter maintained a very tidy work place and took time each day to explain each step of the process, ensuring that all our personal preferences were maintained. As with so many 'home improvements' outdated and unexpected plumbing and electric systems are not without problems. Lee our prime fitter and his electrician colleague Jake, along with Bathroom Coordinator Ryan explained the options available ensuring that our new installation met all current standards. The standard of both the supplied selected fittings plus the workmanship involved in ensuring their satisfactory placement and operation was truly inspiring. An exceptionally professional management team supporting both delivery staff and knowledgeable craftsmen has resulted in a brilliant conversion; so much so that we have ordered a complete new kitchen and attached rear utility room installation.
