I've used NBK Trade for 6 months now, I use them for both my own home and my other properties. They are easy to deal with and I always get 5 star treatment. Love coming in for a bacon roll and a coffee. The products are lovely and literally half the price compared to other companies. Best thing I ever did walking into NBK Trade. We're like a little family now.
Fantastic. My partner and I went to see Neil after deciding to redo our downstairs bathroom. We already had a plumber so it was just the supplies we needed. Neil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and we walked away having ordered a whole new bathroom suite. Some of the items we were able to take there and then and some where delivered within 2 days. Our new bathroom looks great, very happy with both the products and service. Thanks again Neil.
NBK are a rare company .They set out to be right up there with bespoke design , and they deliver. Right from the front end design with experienced input where they take the time to understand not just what you’d like ( the brilliant James) but also what will work in your house, through to the most amazing attention to detail at the fitting stage; you feel in very safe hands.( Top fitter Richard) NBK made my experience just so easy with 3 full bath/ shower rooms plus a cloakroom . The finished result has transformed my house and I’m not easy to impress! Genuinely nice people who really know they’re stuff and I’d be happy to show anyone the fantastic bathrooms NBK delivered for me.
I have had my main bathroom and en-suite completed by NBK and I have also just booked in to have my cloakroom renovated too. Excellent service, good workmanship and I'm very pleased. Completely project managed so I didn't have to worry about anything, hassle free. Would definitely recommend.

The help with the design by Tony was invaluable. From start to finish, the attention to customer care was by all those at NBK faultless. He was meticulous in his work, provided some great ideas and used his initiative to enhance the overall finished product. I just wanted to say how impressed we are with the bathroom. It is absolutely fantastic. From design to completion the care and attention from N.B.K has been exemplary. James (designer) came up with an inspired design which allowed us to develop our own ideas into it, completely took on board our need to manage costs and guided us with suggestions without losing the integrity of an amazing finish. We never felt pushed or pressured into a decision and he was generous with patience towards us. Josh's (fitter) workmanship is stunning. Every aspect of implementing the design has been thought through. You can see this in the excellent tiling in how he has ensured they completely balance and proved visual symmetry. This is a well planned and caring approach from a tradesman who takes pride in their work. Josh has also been very friendly and easy to work and communicate with. We love it. S. Moon
I have been incredibly impressed from start to finish with everyone involved in getting our bathroom sorted (our floors were dug up, walls repositioned, plastering, pipes channeled, as well as actually fitting the bathroom!) The staff at the Heigham Street branch were incredibly helpful, they patiently helped to plan things and were really quick to respond to any enquiries. There was flexibility with arranging appointments both in the office & with site visits. All the tradesmen were fantastic - the plastering job was incredibly neat & tidy. Dan (our fitter) was superb, really respectful of mess and noise with us having a baby in the house. His work exceeded all expectations - nothing was too much trouble for him. In addition the aftercare for any teething troubles has been brilliant. We get lots of compliments on the bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to use NBK in the future - thank you all.
After several quotes from both independents and large retailers, we are very pleased with our new bathroom and shower installation by NBK. Their attentive and professional approach throughout the project ensured a fabulous new bathroom finished to a very high standard. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the team and would definitely recommend.
