From our initial enquiries through to the sign off meeting, we received a professional, attentive and friendly service from knowledgeable staff. Our bathroom fitter and the installation team were skilled, efficient and reliable and I am very happy with the design and quality of the build.
I'm really pleased with my new bathroom, the friendly team provided good advice and managed the whole project. The fitter, Robin, worked really hard, was very thoughtful and clearly very experienced in everything he does. The bathroom was finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend NBK and I will be using them again in the near future for other projects.
NBK recently completed for me a major refurbishment involving knocking two bathrooms into one big bathroom. The service they provided throughout this project was excellent at every stage. Working with James on the design was really enjoyable and he was really keen to work with me to get exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. During the build Shaun and his team were absolutely fantastic. Incredibly considerate throughout the 5 week build. Always consulted me appropriately. Worked really hard (sorry about the stairs Shaun!!). Dealt with the inevitable problems calmly and efficiently. Was always focussed on getting the best outcome possible. And the end result is exactly what I wanted if not better than I imagined! Overall just a pleasure to to work with this company at every stage - thank you NBK!
We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. From the design to the completion, the whole project went extremely well and everyone involved did an excellent job. For us, project management was very important, ensuring the right people turned up at the right time to do the right job and we were impressed with how NBK managed the project. We are now talking to Gareth about our second bathroom being done in the first half of 2018. Thoroughly recommended.

Just had our en-suite completely redesigned, The good service started right from the start when we visited the showroom. Complete design service and quotation all supplied free of charge. Work was all carried out by NBK staff so no waiting around for other trades to arrive. Consultation throughout made sure we got what we wanted.
