We are so please with our new bathroom fitted by nbk . the work went smoothly and the quality of the materials was excellent as was the fitters who done the work. When finished the fitters cleand and vacuumed and left the place very clean. I would strongly recommend nbk if you want a professional job done
I decided on NBK to recently upgrade my elderly Mothers bathroom. The decision was based on a very competitive price, together with James, the salesman (an ex bathroom fitter) confidently understanding the requirements and giving excellent advice. The job involved replacing the bath with a walk-in shower plus installing a new toilet and wash basin. Replastering, painting, tiling, redirecting drainage, installing new electrical appliances and laying new flooring was also included. The tradesmen on this project all worked professionally and efficiently together as a team from start to completion. It was also reassuring that a Project Manager visited the bungalow most days, to ensure the job was going smoothly, on schedule and ask whether I was satisfied with progress. There was a couple of minor issues, however, these were quickly and amicably dealt with. My Mother is now extremely pleased with her bathroom, which is finished to a high standard, modern and above all much safer for her to use. NBK are very focused on customer satisfaction, even Sally the Operations Director came to carry out the final inspection, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Many Thanks NBK! We would like to offer a very big 'thank you' for a job well done in stripping out our existing bathroom and installing new to our specification. The quality of service from the team, especially James (whose always cheery demeanour made him a pleasure to deal with), Ryan ( our main fitter and a brilliant tiler who offered some useful tips along the way) , Ant and Josh made the whole two week process fairly painless. The planning, detail and consideration that NBK showed over a very large project, has been second to none. We were kept up to date every step of the way, by skilled, thoughtful and helpful craftsmen. At no time did we have any worries that our project was not on track. A special shout out to Gareth, Daniel, Steve, James, Jamie, Sally, Melanie, Geoff & Pete who made this happen for us. We could not recommend them highly enough.
I initially approached NBK for a new bathroom and kitchen but they ended up carrying out a complete refurbishment of my one bedroom flat - all stripped out and practically rebuilt and project managed throughout. All work carried out to a very high standard complete with some extra little touches that I hadn't thought of ! A job well done all round.
I highly recommend the excellent service provided by NBK. Firstly, they were easy to talk to in the planning stages and were straightforward in saying if they felt something would not work, either because it was not hardwearing, or because it was outside the budget. Secondly they were very good in responding quickly when things did not go to plan when the work was underway. There were difficulties outside of their control and I was particularly thankful to have such a helpful team when things could easily have become very stressful. All was resolved and we now enjoying the benefits of a beautiful and practical kitchen and a luxurious bathroom.
Having had three projects completed by NBK, we have no hesitation in recommending them. Gareth Pendleton has an excellent eye for design and the ability to interpret ideas into a practical reality, whilst retaining an individual and personal touch to the finished product. From start to finish, the experience is a positive and pleasant one; communication is excellent and the commitment and professionalism of the whole team is second to none - there is fantastic attention to detail and nothing is too much trouble.
